Since using the Sedona Wellness mat post COVID, my memory has improved. I had the worst brain fog and couldn’t focus, was forgetting simple things like if I locked the door when leaving the house. I am an avid gym goer and hurt my back not too long ago and thought I would have to rest for months. It started spasming after a long day and I would have to take muscle relaxers to sleep. I did so much research before purchasing a PEMF unit. When I found the Sedona Pro Plus unit, I was sold. It has so many different functionalities and settings, and you can tailor the frequencies if you’d like. I personally love using that for my clients , with chakra healing and emotional blockages. I’m an avid surfer of 30 years , and took out my shoulder the other day. I have used the sport setting programs and saw IMMEDIATE results. I heard amazing things about the PEMF mat from Sedona wellness. I’ve been active most my life , 70 years old now. And obviously have slowed down the past years. Was noticing the usual aches and pains , and now with the grandkids even more so!
